rhizos are strands of mycellium. If you got rhizos and they're growing, then you're good.
Regarding cobweb. It can be confusing to the untrained eye. Sometimes a young cobweb mold might resemble mycelium growth, hence rhizos. If it's cobweb mold and depending on the maturation period, you can increase air exchanges if they are inside the terrarium already. You can give it a couple of days and see if it goes grayish. If it does, then you need to treat a case of cobweb. Spray with h2o2 solution and increase air exchanges.
If they're still inside the jar and contaminated, then toss those jars.
Either way. If you have more cakes, you should isolate or toss all infected cakes.

Other way around really. Cobweb takes on a more whitish color during heavy spore production. Molds like Rhizopus however start off white, are often very fluffy, and turn grey over time but peroxide is pretty much ineffective on them.

Ok. I'll recheck the facts.
1 - Cobweb does take a more whitish color when sporulating but an early case of cobweb might resemble early rhizos because its lack of mass makes it look white. Cobweb starts as little white strands that become grayish within a couple of days and then white when sporulating.
2 - H2O2 is effective against cobweb but not effective against Rhizopus.

Early on cobweb looks like this. Long grey hair hanging off a mushroom or growing horizontally across a casing layer
During sporulation these snowflake-like structure develop on the mold's mycelium which are the spores.
Given enough time, 2-3 weeks maybe, they get very dense and parts can turn a red or yellowish color, although this color change from metablites produced by the mold and not the color of the spores.

About the first pic and distinguishing early rhizos from early cobweb: It still is confusing to the untrained eye.
We can discuss all the gradients on the B&W palette, the result is still subjective when there's lack of experience or knowledge.
Nice pics btw !
