I was just wondering if i could get your input on how these fruits look! they have myc growing up some of them could this be due to infrequent fanning (lack of FAE) and some a darker than others just genetics? thanks!

They look good Maybe fan a bit more often, if you can. There's nothing to worry about though.

Rasliam,
The mushrooms appear to be healthy and vigorous. They would not suffer from some additional fresh air. There are no diseases or abnormalities showing on your cakes or mushrooms from the photos.
I wish you the best on your harvest that is only hours away.

I have been toying around with SGFC's and have noticed that if I fluff up the perlite so it's not as compact, the appearance of my fruits changes. Might have just been the way I was putting the perlite into the FC and flattening it, but I ended up compressing the perlite which reduced the amount of air that could come up through the perlite. Before I thought of this I had really slender looking fruits like yours. You might see a difference if you were to fluff up the perlite.

As far as mycelium growing up the stem, from my tubs it could be one of two things (A) genetics or (B) lack of FAE.
I'd lean towards the latter (B) in this case - mycelium forming at the base of the stem AND the stem to cap ratio; lack of FAE often leaves fruits long and lank, with a small(er) cap.
My opinion anyway
