He was sat on the floor as opposed to the table, pointing and shouting at the other customers.

fuck you man I blew .11 and I drink all the time, high alcohol tolerance so I barely felt drunk at all. I was acting completely normal just hangin out with friends.
when I say fuck you I mean It in the most shroomy way possible

cross your collective fingers that I get diversion
also don't need the judgmental posts about driving drunk, I've been beating myself up and not eating or sleeping for almost a month now out of guilt
keep it positive please

I had a DUI dismissed in the greater Seattle area, but it was pricey.

long story short I was eating a burrito in a restaurant and was arrested for DUI.
yeah it's fucked.
WHat? I think you should give us the long story because as that stands it sounds incredibly ridiculous.

all in the police report
I had been there for easily 5-10 minutes before they showed up, so anonymous tip is the most likely "probable cause"
I cant give any more details until after the court hearing but the only question he asked me was "sir have you been driving safely this evening" to which I replied "yes".
that doesn't put me in a car over .08. and it doesn't put me in a car in the time frame they arrested me for. just that I had driven safely at some point that evening.
that puts me in a car. not maybe even the same car they received the tip on.
the whole thing is
again... full details later.
and god knows the police report is going to be full of complete bullshit lies

dude I was driving 30 mph on a one way from the bar to the restaurant, about 8 blocks total.
I would never go on a highway after drinking more than 2 drinks period.
I am actually super SUPER against drunk driving.
this was either some kind of sting operation or they had an undercover tail me.
I have no idea.

This is exactly why I got mine dismissed. Its called corpus electi, they can't prove u were the one driving...or drunk at the time because they didn't pull me over..they showed up after I crashed

Yeah it's weird, if they were tailing you the whole way then why not approach you right after you pulled in? Or pull you over before you got there? I'm wondering if someone at the restaurant thought you were drunk and realized you drove there.

in that case, my lawyer will cross examine that witness on their certified training in identifying intoxicated individuals
