Derealization Or HPPD?

So I took 25i nbome 2 and 1/2 weeks ago. I have experienced panic attacks in the following weeks, and feel as thought I am derealized. I have on and off tinnitus. I have a weird feeling in my head like a numbness on the top of my head and pressure on my fore head. My vision also seems off. However I do not experience any objects moving, I am able to read but I zone out a lot, and I only expirenenced slight visual snow 2-3 times. I was wondering if this is hppd or derelization.

derealization is that feeling where life doesn't seem real. It seems like you got a lot of physical symptoms and chemical symptoms from this. Just stop taking 25 nbome it doesnt work well with you.

Visual snow isn't exactly a symptom that strikes out as derealization, but rather HPPD.
If DR had to be described visually, it changes the way your brain processes depth perception of overlaying objects in your line of sight. Mentally, everything you look at seems foreign. Something feels off, but you can't quite put your finger on it.
Personal experience, results may vary.

Im not sure what you are saying that you had hppd or derealization. becuase like you said, something seems off but I cant quit out my finger on it. But I also was having panic attacks so i think that it is derealization and not hppd.

Also like I said I only experienced the visual snow maybe 3 times total while staring at the sky or something. And from what Ive read visual snow is indeed a symptom of derealization. Also what do u think about the feeling in my head?

Derealization, sorry for not being clear on that. Panic attacks are usually the trigger, and derealization is the mind's coping mechanism to deal with the mental stress.

When you get this pressure on your head, do you feel light headed? I've had some vertigo while having a panic attack.

Well I have this constant feeling in my head that seems to be slightly gone right now as of the moment ahhh not any more lol... its like a slight pressure but combined with light headedness, but my vision has also seemed some what distorted and it gets worse when I panic. Also when I drink alchohol most of thhe symptoms seem to go away. I am really just trying to figure out if im derealized or have hppd. See I dont have all the existential thoughts that are ussually associated with derealization but I do feel some what disconnected and my vision is is defiantly off.

I've noticed a majority of my symptoms go away when I'm drunk as well. To be honest, it's best not to contemplate too much, you will eventually turn into an internet hypochondriac this way. Continue with your everyday life and everything will start to regulate.
If you feel a panic attack start to come up, put on some sunglasses and keep yourself occupied. Keep a water bottle with you at all times, and stay hydrated throughout the day to prevent being lightheaded.
