Habitat:
Looks to be growing on a living tree root, hardwood of some sort.

Gills:
Whitish-yellow tan tint. Attached at stem

Stem:
White, solid

Cap:
Dime and quarter sized.. Yellow/tan velvety*

Spore print color:
Not sure

Bruising:
Brown/greenish tint right at first
