Fair enough, I guess...? (even though I have no clue why)  But really...  gotta say I'm wondering why you deleted damn near every post that dude made in this thread. They can't all have been rule-breakers....

95% of them were pure garbage with the purpose of derailing the thread. He can fuck right off.

Gumby is right. I can vouch. Virtually every post was to incite people. I just kept ignoring him. He was like a crack addict needing a fix, except his fix was to piss as many people as he could off.

I got so sick of cleaning up his shit that I changed his ban duration. First it was three days. Then it took me 12 minutes to clean up all his horseshit, so I banned him for one day for every minute it took me to clean up the mess he created. I think that's fair. He obviously knew what he was doing.

Poker was really a big deal there because some guy who played there a lot had just won the World Series of Poker.

Screw cities, move to the countryside. Cities suck imo, I don't see how y'all do it. If I had to live in a city, I would probably pick Pittsburgh.

I actually like both. They both have their pluses and minuses. If I was loaded I'd have a place in the heart of the city, and when I wanted to escape it all I'd go to my place in the remote country.

Sorry Indica Haven't read much after your anti melbourne rant, While your points hold weight especially the police presence I've visited most cities in Australia and a few overseas including two on the list, Melbourne is good man, The winter can be depressing in Vic especially on the bay but Melbourne is not the hell hole you describe haha.

Portland is great. Sorry you get easily butthurt by a few faggoty hipsters.
Maybe when you're old enough to drink you can learn to appreciate the local bar scene in Portland. The great beer, being close to nature, the coast, etc.

Mate. go fuck yourself

I think if you have to much of either one it kinda drives you crazy, or atleast me. Ive lived in both and Smaller towns are nice because they are friendly, scenic, clean, safe and normally closer to outdoor recreation. They suck because the job outlook is slim and knowing everybody in the town has its pluses and negs. For one you know everyones business and they all know yours and that can drive you mad sometimes.

Cities are good for the same reason they are bad, they are a huge collection of people from all walks of life and it is really impersonal. You can get away with murder (quite literally in some of the more grimy places) the job outlook is much better and goods are much more available. You also get  to Which is totally different to the more down to earth homogenous country lifestyle.

If i had to pick a big city it would be london, I've spent enough time in america for now plus foreign girls kick ass.

I would too niffla. Everyone getting all up in your business in small towns drives me mad, the hustle and bustle of a city does as well, also as a generalization city folk suck.

The nature sucks, the coast sucks, the people suck. fuck that place  Plus that whole little brother thing it has going on with washington.

Ild rather live in a place with some real diversity and uniqueness than one that desperately tries to fake it that bad. You do have a point though, the beer is good.
