The liquid cultures in the cardboard(box) of Kaid.

Hello, I make a topic new on the way I prepare my OF CL with this inoculating which is the CARDBOARD(BOX).
Why the cardboard(box)? 1) He is not afraid of the contaminations. 2) He allows to make what we can make on the agar agar; to sectoring / isolate, cloning, even to clean an origin(stump) of told her(it)..... Ideal for a beginner who wants to make it the hand before passing in the agar agar. 3) The mycelium quickly colonizes. And many of the other advantages.
Preparation of the liquid cultures.
To prepare your LC, make as you always made her, if your method works well, to change nothing it is not that which will change no anything. On the other hand, for those who do not master, I put you all the same my method.
Preparation of the LC for Kaid.
To start with, I take jars of 250ml. Then, one needs that the most clear possible syrup, but which to take??? Go, to there I held him(it), I am going to say to you my small secret attention drum roll ...... I use some syrup of organic elderberry. If you can find this syrup, you will see it is the ultimate. After the sterilization of OF CL, the liquid stands out(goes out again) so clearly as from some water of rock. Really, it is the pip(top) for me. I makes no hole on lid because anyway it will be necessary to open him(it) to inoculate with the cardboard(box). To pump the mycelium, I open the LC, I plant the syringe without the needle, once the pumped mycelium I close at once the LC and there I put the needle in the syringe. The everything quickly makes and in a box for sterile glove of course.
It is simple, in 2 stages, as for all the LC.
Stage 1: I take a bowl to put the water and the syrup. For 1 liter of water I put 50ml of my famous syrup of organic elder, what represents 5 %.
Stage 2: I fill(perform) my jars approximately in 2/3, I screw the lid and I put them in the hen(pot) for 18 minutes from the pshiiiiiit.
Now that the LC is cooled, it is the hour of the inoculation.
Inoculation of the LC in the cardboard(box):
Stage 1: I begin by cleaning / sterilizing my work plan(work-top), limp in glove, tweezers in .......
Stage 2: once quite prepared, I take with a tweezers an if possible, cardboard piece with the rhizomorphique mycelium.
And very quickly I enter open the lid to put down(to deposit) the cardboard end there.
Stage 3: I wait that the mycelium colonizes the CL, it is rather fast, otherwise(differently) it is sign of contaminations.
Stage 4: I have more that to pull(fire) a syringe of mycelium and to inoculate it on my grain(bead), as you would usually make him(it).

I'm really sorry for English. KAID.

It is also a possibility yes With the cardboard have can make everything. It is necessary to take some cardboard , that the part of the middle, to soak him(it) 10 minutes in the water with boiling. Put him(it) in a not too big bowl to keep(guard) the humidity, tupp, Petri dishes, jar 250ml. And when I make a casing for example I put some grains colonized on the cardboard wait that the cardboard colonizes And later I have more that have to inoculate my LC.
