Hello all! I'm very new around here so I thought I had to start somewhere. Gotta get my posts up for the market place
First things first. Buy your eggs, doesn't matter what kind or size. I have done quail eggs with great success but they are RICH. I'm doing a big batch to take to work and share but you can do this one jar at a time. http://
Put your eggs in while the water is cool and bring it up to a boil. Start a timer for 20 min once the water is up to a boil. While your water is boiling start getting your jars ready. Clean them of course. I just go to the store and buy a pack of pickling seasonings. Put just a bit of the seasonings in the empty jar, about 3 table spoons or add to taste.

I'm putting a few slices of habanero in each jar... See how it goes.
Peel your eggs put a few in each jar, don't stuff them in there because the vinegar your about to fill the jar up with will overflow.
I use apple cider vinegar.

If you want you can cook them in a pressure cooker and they will last a long time.

Finished product. Let them sit for about a week in the refrigerator and enjoy. When you eat all the first batch just boil some eggs and top the jar off with vinegar.

Nice. Never had a pickled egg. Put that one on the bucket list. Was thinking about making a nice pickled garden mix, but havent got around to it yet.

Thanks! You can make any pickled stuff to taste. So manny different ways to pickle so manny things.
Some of my favorite pickled things. 1. Okra - they can be kinda slimey but tasty. 2. Eggs- white vinegar, brown vinegar, hot. So manny ways to enjoy. 3. Cucumbers- I plan on doing a post about this, because there are ALOT of different pickles. Red cinnimon pickles or cucumbers and onions.. So good.
