Question about lighting during fruiting cycle

I am currently using the PF Tek and will be using a SGFC for the fruiting cycle of my 6 colonized jars. My jars have been 100% completely colonized (on the outside of the jar) as of about yesterday. I am going to wait 1 full week from today before dunking and rolling for the cakes to fully colonize. I am not currently able to place my cakes out in the open to receive indirect sunlight. My questions are as follows: 1. Will a flexible neck lamp with a 15w fluorescent bulb be sufficient lighting? 2. I am planning on using a 12/12 light cycle, turning the fruiting chamber every 2 and a half hours so as to let all 5 sides (not the bottom 6th side, obviously) get the same amount of light. Is this advisable? 3. Does anyone have any tips/advice on how to successfully fruit my mushrooms using this method? (I know the basics, but this is my first grow so it would be nice to receive tips from experienced cultivators. Thanks in advance for any answers/advice I may receive.

Yes a 15w bulb will work, get a 6500k cfl.
There's really no need to rotate it all the time but you can if you'd like.
Other than that make sure your shotgun is elevated so air can pass underneath and up through the damp perlite. Put the shotgun out in an open space so it gets proper airflow. mist at an upward angle until you get a nice glistening on the surface then fan. Don't mist again until it evaporates (full colonization, FAE and evaporation from the sub are key pinning triggers).
