Haven't worked out in over several years.
Have a 33% chance of getting Alzheimers.
And I used a lot of tobacco products.
Went from a 10/10 to a straigt 5/10 in 6 short years

I'm the healthiest i've ever been- Work out regularly, so much that I have force myself to take days off, and ride my bike instead of drive when I can. I raaaarely eat anything processed, no soda. I took points off because it's only been about two years since I quit smoking, so I'm still recovering from that; and because I drink pretty regularly, and used to drink way too much/often, so thats really the only thing holding me back. I put 8, most of the time I feel happy and strong.

Sure but your still inhaling burning plant matter into your lungs which is not healthy.
this is true. but as healthy as I am in all other aspects ima say that it's not such a large impact as of I were not such a healthy person. So what If I ate/chewed the tobacco? would that not be as detrimental as inhaling smoke ya think?

Using any kind of tobacco product is a risk and an unhealthy activity I don't care if you use them however. You just aren't in perfect health if you do indulge if you want to reach that ten quit all tobacco products.

American chew is chock full of chemicals.
Swedish Snus would be the healthiest choice.
Look into oden, it's a good brand. Good flavor and nicotine content. I like the cinnamon Snus with extra nicotine. Gives a good buzz and you can swallow so you do not have to spit. Supposedly doesn't cause cancer.

point taken. not ready to quit right now though. as I said I'm always improving but this is not an improvement I'm willing to undertake at this point in my life. I use nicotina rustica as a meditation tool every few days so it's partly a ritualistic thing for me. but I do also smoke like 10 RYO cigs a day though.

I tend to roll my cigarettes pretty wide, with lots of tobacco.
So I think I smoke a lot less than I normally would when I roll my own.

I'm going to not drink beer for a couple weeks, really only because I spend too much money on it, but we'll see if I feel better after.
