Will those morphological characteristics role out Pluteus saupei or P. glaucotinctus? I think P. salicinus is promising, but there are other members of sect. Celluloderma that share remarkable similarities.

I didnt think those pluteus were in Celluloderma, they arent in my paper on it, I havent seen anything about these species other than Bloods Obs on MO. someone mentioned those species, but provided no article...

Found another one today around 100 feet away from the other one. I also got shots of both the trees. The indoor pictures made the bluing look kinda black for some reason . I'm drying it in front of a heated fan. Joust tell me what I need to buy to ship. I was thinking one of them prepaid boxes from UPS or something. I need to know soon.
Here are the log/environment shots for the second one. I pulled it from the log on the bottom.

Here are some of the best shots that show the blue. It was blue before I even handled it. I can see it turning more blue as it is starting to dry.

Here are the indoor shots that don't look as well.

Here is what it's looking like drying.

Was the Pluteus aromatic? Does it retain it's smell when dried? Can you attempt using linguistic wizardry to describe the smell?

Can't really describe smells well. It was the mushroom smell with something else. Slightly chemical maybe. Didn't smell as much dry.
