What month do you look for seeds on a rhododendron?

My neighbors have a lot of these things all over the place and I wanna acquire a few seeds from one for my yard. But I do not know when would be a good time to look for the seeds on the plant.

A few months after they flower, you'll have to check.

They're best propagated from cuttings so go and introduce yourself and ask for some cuttings. Semi hardwood is best.

3 inches or so. Cut the base of the stem at a 45 degree angle, remove leaves from portion going into soil, dip in rooting hormone and place into soil and keep moist. Check for roots after 8 weeks. I forget the best time to do these cuttings so you might have to look that up.
