That looks damn decent! This is a model pic of when it's ok to take an open air picture as well.

Tell us about your species, fruiting chamber, what is the substrate of choice, temp of area, misting and fanning schedule?

Looking good! Just be wary of any advice given by ghostinthemist. Research thoroughly and please don't take his advice as gospel

He flames me on every post i do just never has anything to back it up. You can look for yourself. he disagrees with me about everything and i now just tell everyone he is going to flame me when i post. There hasn't been one time i have gotten a bad review from someone i gave advice to. Just the people that disagree with me and don't use facts to back it up. So look at all of the posts and see that i have quoted RR in everyone that there has been an argument in. QUIT COMING INTO OTHER PEOPLES THREADS AND POSTING TO GET YOUR NUMBERS AND TO TALK SHIT ABOUT PEOPLES CREDIBILITY WHEN YOU HAVE NONE.

Would you expose an uncolonized mono tub to open air? @OP

The strain is B+ this was from a spore print i made from my first Brf cakes. the substrate is half brick of coir some coffee grounds, the area is outdoors in a treehut offground and the temp stays around 80 degrees during the day and 70 at night, i have 3 windows always open and a fan above one of my windows that i leave running on low. I mist 2 to 3 times a day and i fan for about 30 secs

I certainly do. How would you manage to do it any other way?

This wasn't a question for you but yes you expose it at first to layer but after that when colonizing you do not expose a tub that is not fully colonized to open air

Pictures look great!
A word of advice to the OP. I would edit/remove the name of the spore supplying vendor. The reason being that they were sold to you for purposes, and were not used as intended. This is mainly to keep vendors as well as this site up and operational.
I too have a pair of mini 6qt tubs that I am using a 66qt mono-tub as a fruiting chamber. I have done this in the past with great success. Good luck with the grow!

Bad information is bad information, no matter whom you direct it "@."
You can open up your tubs briefly during colonization, no problem. What are you worried about?

Contams. This is a stupid argument. Lets all go open our grains and tubs everyone there's no need to worry

Do you open your tubs after mixing in grains or only once full colonization is achieved?

Pasteurized substrates are contamination resistant, unlike sterilized substrates. It makes all the difference in the world when it comes to being able to open it. If you ever sterilized your substrate I doubt you'd be able to even get to full colonization before running into contamination issues, and your confusion in the other thread about that issue is what makes me bring it up here.
I do not regularly open my tubs during colonization, but only for two reasons, neither of which has anything to do with contamination: it's dry as fuck where I live and I don't want to lose a single drop of moisture, and also I'm very lazy and why would I open a clear tub when I can see right through it?
