Im new to this community, I read alot about mushrooms and watch videos about it, but in every serious video it says you have to work clean else you will get contamination - worse case scenario for a newbie that want to be succesful.
thats why I thought I should wait with starting and gather all the tools and materials I need.
I mean I have: PC JARS VERM. BROWN RICE S. SYRINGE
Dont have: GLOVE BOX ALCOHOL (95%) GLOVES (STERILE ONES)
If you intend to start with BRF cakes, then you don't need a SAB or alcohol or any of that crap. PC your cakes, bring them out and let them cool with the foil still on the top, then take the foil off just before inoculation in open air. Flame your needle and all will be well.
If you intend to use that BRF whole, you can inject through a polyfill-stuffed GE hole or make sterile injection ports on all your jars for another $4 in materials.
I think you'll be just fine.

High praise from you, Frank. I'll take it. If I can be helpful & amusing then I count it as a win. If I'm at least one, still a win. If I'm neither, at least I had fun.

I would suggest a SAB instead of a GB. There are numerous threads about GB vs SAB. I won't go in to it.
70% alcohol works better than 95%. UTSF to find the arguments.
You don't have to buy sterile gloves, you will use the alcohol to sanitize. I use the blue exam gloves from the pharmacy department at wal-mart. You want something thin for dexterity.
Add a lighter so you can flame sterilize your needle. There are other methods, but you will still need the lighter. I use a wick-less alcohol lamp.
Although you can possibly get away with not using a GB or SAB, it is highly recommended you use one for best chance of success. If you plan on moving in to bulk or agar, then now's a good time to practice working in the box.
