Can one/should one pressure cook agar twice, if time has past?

I mixed up some agar 3 days ago or so ago.  I've yet to get around to innoculating it. It's in no pour jars of short half pints. Can I just go ahead and inoculate, or would it be better to re sterilize?  Or is that completely unnecessary?

A little clarification please.

You mixed, pc'ed in little 1/4 pint jars? With ge filter and self healing port?
If so your good man.

If your jars have filters in the lid you should be fine with pc'ing it again.
It sounded like you had 3 day old agar in your pour bottle, yeah totally safe to PC again.

that help?

I leave my uninoculated plates in my sealed still-air box.

They are good for a long time.
