Any ideas on these shroomies?

#1 Habitat: Found growing on the ground in a deciduous woods. Gills: tan\cream bolete - bruised to brown. Stem: Light Orange. Tan\white on the inside. Cap: Orange. Smooth, dry. No color change was observed. Spore print: Tan\Light Brown Odor: Pleasantly shroomy Bruising: Bruises brown fairly quickly Location: North East Coast region of the USA.
Here are a couple pictures. 

#2 Habitat: Found growing on the underside of tree roots from a fallen tree in a deciduous woods. Gills: They seemed white-ish. They were barely formed. Stem: White. Firm, cracking. Cap: Yellow. Cracking. A bit Rough. Odor: Like funky cheese or athlete's foot Bruising: No bruising Location: North East Coast region of the USA. Here are some pics.

Hmm, not really sure about the first one; I'd say a suillus species. Second species is armillaria; honey musrhooms.

Yea,those first ones are Suillus. They are out in force right now in the NE.

Thanks for the replies. I supsected those yellow ones were honey mushrooms. Weather was kinda dry, so I guess they started cracking. I'll remember how fibrous they are when I see them in the future.

Why am I not seeing pics? Also checked seratedlips acct, see no gallery... How the heck is this working?

1. suillus, not sure which exactly. 2. armillaria mellea.

So at least 3 folks over at Mushroom Observer have pegged the orange mushroom as Tylopilus Balloui. And they told me it was probably a beech and not an elm tree that was nearby.
