My thoughts on HBWR...
    #18752043 - 08/24/13 03:29 PM (10 years, 5 months ago)

Hello all, I would like to propose a thought among you for a change of pace.
On specific trip on LSA several months back was by far the biggest mind-fuck trip I had ever experienced, even more so than smoked salvia.

During said trip, a lot of questions were sprouted in my mind all at once, and it took several reflective months to contemplate them. In fact, as I was rolling on the floor in the aforementioned state, something forced me to verbalize everything that I was thinking, but it came out as me mumbling a different language.

Back to the topic at hand. One of the questions that came to mind was; Does your own belief in something create it inside of your own conscious existence? Does having belief actually create the being/object/other in your personal reality?

Do you think that placebo could be a mechanism in this process?
Maybe people who sustain such strong belief in a faith or whatever else, it genuinely manifests it into existence, but only in their consciousness.

This is a shot in the dark, and you may have to take it in a metaphysics point of view, but what do you think?

Just FYI Hofmann said that MG seeds were "a very mystical experience"

I actually used HBWR instead. Less powder sounded wonderful at the time, and the seeds that I obtained were very potent.

By "a type of morning glory," do you mean a plant containing lysergamides, or what? I mean, they aren't even in the same genus...

I was unaware that I needed to use HBWR instead of LSA, I apologize for that.

Look up "morning glory." Only some of them contain lysergamides. Some of them contain ergoline alkaloids, but not the lysergamide subset thereof. Some contain none. "Morning glory" serves as a catch-all term. All this info is in the link in my above post.

Those rules are for my user-created forum.

Your seniority outranks me by quite a bit, so I assumed it is at least safe to follow your word.

Anyways, this is completely missing the point of this thread.

It sounds like "The Secret".

Just because you believe something may not necessarily make it so; but changing beliefs could change your filters to accept it and tune it in (at least more often than you used to).

Also it is possible that faith/prayer/belief can effect our shared reality; perhaps to bring those things into your own experience.

More likely it is the changes of action that accompany changes of belief that bring the belief into your experience.

Perhaps all three.

Where attention goes; energy flows.

But believing a flying rhino will come and pick you up to go to work is not a great idea to rely on.

Favorite entheogen experiences in descending order:
1)Combo of oral DMT + smoked Bufotenine
2)Amanita (urine drank twice)
3)Mushrooms > Achuma 16"+cid(still need higher dose Achuma)> Cid (still need high dose)
4)Morning Glory-HBWR (+cumin, cinnamon aldehyde adducts) > Methyl chavicol (need more activators)
5)Salvia (need to try quid)

All readable matter in the above post is ficticious... any similarities to real life are purely coincidental.

Blessing.
