Running a lot
    #18751988 - 08/24/13 03:16 PM (10 years, 5 months ago)

Is there a downside to running for 5-7 days a week?
I used to be obsessed with hitting the weight room..My obsession was disgusting, 50 something straight days of lifting.

Now I'm in a lustful relationship with running.  Usually running 6-8 miles a day..
This will be my 5th day in a row running if I decide to give it a go, and I plan on running tomorrow knowing I won't have time to get a run in on Monday.

I'm torn today because I feel like I should take the day off...When is running too much a problem?

you risk blowing up your legs right around 5 miles, right from the center of your calves, just bloosh!!! pop them right up.

runnings unnatural if you are a human, just be aware of that

Running is really hard on your joints. Some people can handle it better than others.

If you run too much you could overtrain but if you feel fine then I wouldn't worry. There are far worse things you could be doing to your body

I know that feel bro,ive been the same way for over 15 years.give yer body a week rest.your CNS is depleted from all the w/o..believe it or not your CNS gets burnt out from too much exercise which can lead to a host a minor problems..
