HOW loNG B4 Myco in karo?

how long has anyone ever waited before strong signs of myco starts to appear,,i have a pesh. strain in karo and is really SLOw,so are the MAZ strain too.... anyone experienced dlelays ? its been about 4-5 dayz, can it be poor quality spores ?that would just take longer? :confused:
