Anyone with experience growing Pink Buffalo strain?

Okay so I inoculated my jars maybe about 20 days ago (using PF tek with BRF) (I also did another inoculation on the same day of two other strains) and I still don't see any pins in my jars. But everything else I inoculated on that day has already pinned and is currently in the fruiting chambers. I'm getting kinda worried, there's no signs of mold or anything and the cakes are covered in mycelium (they're white as snow). I have heard that this particular strain takes its time, but I'm seeing no signs of pins at all. So I'm thinking maybe I should birth them and see what happens? Or should I leave them in their jars a little longer?
Thanks for the help!

Haven't had experience with it but I have some wbs jars going right now. My a+ jars are 6 days in and no signs of growth. My pb jars are 3 days in and about 10 percent colonized. Very aggressive strain and from what I hear, potent, and good fruits. Give it some more time and make sure your humidity and temps are good! If nothing else in two weeks I would crumble them and case with coir/verm

Mine took a while to start pinning. I would wait a bit longer, they were defiantly worth the wait for me. The fruits were amazing. I got this from my first grow off 2 or 3 BRF verm cakes

There is no one variety of cube that is known to be more or less agrressive, or yield more or less than any other variety.
A cube is a cube, and it is all random.
This is why we isolate single sets of genetics on agar.

So why exactly are you trying to invitro pin a cake that's fully consolidated? Hmmmm... Maybe the cakes aren't pinning because they are not in FRUITING CONDITIONS. Is that really your method of knowing when to birth a cake?!?!?!? Wait until it invitro pins? Wow, have fun suffocating very healthy and ready mycelium.... I hope those fruits give you the worst trip of your life as they should treat you like that after you suffocated them in a jar when they wanted to just run their natural cycle of fruiting...

It has been a bit of misconception to invitro pin because some ppl have had cakes pin while still in jars

That fact is that some isolates tend to fruit invitro while others will not. A week after full colonization if there's no pins, growers would be wise to consider birthing to a terrarium for best yield. Invitro is the least effort, but also the lowest yield. RR
