Famous Parrott's Guacamole Recipe 1

A bit of crushed red pepper (not that powdered shit)
A good few table spoons of this shit
Italian seasoning
Garlic (powdered works here)
Salt and pepper
A few drips of honey
and of course, an avacado.
Very basic, and tastes fucking awesome. They honey really makes it. Mush it all up and eat it with some chips, or spread it on a BLT.
Best guac i've ever had! Add salsa if you want, but I don't like salsa in my guacamole.

This.
You're also missing the all important diced tomatoes, lime, and, fresh jalapenos instead of crushed red pepper.

You might also want to try and come up with your own spice mix instead of prepackaged "21 seasoning salute." What you posted isn't really a recipe as much as plain guac with some random spices thrown in there.

Guess that's why no lime. That'd be a weird combination... Lime and honey? Like lime-aide guac?
Anyways, I'm trying it next time, so...
Thanks.

I was just messing with you, no hate. Just
If that's how you like your guac, more power to you. The only thing that is really essential tho is adding lime. Not only because of taste, but because it keeps the avocado that nice green color for a day instead of a couple hours. The acidity prevents the avocado from browning.

Ah yes, I've heard you can do that to fruit likes apples to keep them from oxidizing... Interesting. I think i'm out of lime juice anyways..

Take out your seasonings Your Italian seasoning
Your Garlic (powdered works here)
Your Salt and pepper
Your few drips of honey
and of course, your avacado.
- - - - - -
Add: 3 Haas avocados, halved, seeded and peeled 1 lime, juiced 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon cayenne 1/2 medium onion, diced 1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro 1 clove garlic, minced
In a large bowl place the scooped avocado pulp and lime juice, toss to coat. Drain, and reserve the lime juice, after all of the avocados have been coated. Using a potato masher add the salt, cumin, and cayenne and mash. Then, fold in the onions, jalapeno, tomatoes, cilantro, and garlic. Add 1 tablespoon of the reserved lime juice. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour and then serve.
Guacamole. It's fucking rocket science, dude. Also, a squirt of Worcestershire Sauce.

I think you guys are missing the point here.. I've made guacamole a lot of different ways before.. Using lime, tomatoes, basil, onion, salsa, hot sauce, olives, mango, and a plethora of other stuff. This is just one recipe, that's a bit different from the others because it has different ingredients.. Sure, you guys can substitute some shit for other shit, but if you do that it won't be FAMOUS PARROTT'S GUACAMOLE RECIPE!
