Dry straw logs
    #18749192 - 08/23/13 09:43 PM (10 years, 5 months ago)

I have some Straw logs that are what I feel could be a bit dry. They are 50 to 80 percent colonized and I was wonder if any of you can advise me on the best way to get some water in them. Can I dunk them, mist them, inject water through the holes in the plastic. Also would it help on contams to add h2o2. Thanks for the help

What makes you feel they are too dry? How old are they?

2 weeks and they are not colonizing well and look and feel dry through the holes, no water build up on plastic bag

Need more info.

Pics help too!

increase room humidity and a light mist on bags will be OK too..do not dunk it may cause bacterial contamination..
