Found a possibly active shroom? Need fast ID

Habitat: Off the aside of the road in East Tennessee.
Gills: Black, not attached, looks like its about to drop its spores.
Stem: About 3 inches. Somewhat spotty. Very faded looking spots though
Cap: See picture.
Spore print color: N/A
Bruising: It looks like there is some greenish maybe bruising on it.
Other information: None.

I would say.... Not active. I don't know what it is, but it doesn't look like a psilocybe.

Nah. Not a gym either. The luteus would have a veil too. I didn't see one. The gills look different too.
