What to do with those?

Hello everyone, Here I have two so called "grow-kits" which arrived from the same shop at the same time. Sadly, one of the kits is showing some bad signs. Can it be saved or should I just dump it in my backyard garden?
Thanks!
Bad one:

Ang the good one:

Ouch, that's bad news!
If you want to salvage it, I would pour salt on that green fuzzy patch asap and cut out the affected area, with an inch of leeway in each direction. Looks like you're going to have to sacrifice that one pin! The rest might have enough time to mature if you act fast. If the mold has started to sporulate (looks like it's just starting), you're likely going to see more in short order.
----- edit ---- On second look, Jimmyhunter (below) is right - that mold is too far along to to be removed without spreading it everywhere. ---------------
Of course, there's also a school of thought that says allowing any contaminated media in the same room will cause ambient sporecounts to go up - putting any other media at risk as well. Be sure those two boxes are not too close to each other!
The good kit is looking fiiiiine.

Thanks for you help, I just moved a kit with good shroomies to another room. It's sad really, especially after I took all that care in hygiene (gloves, antibacterial gels etc.) but it's second time I'm getting contamination in my growkit while leaving it in my living room (which is connected to my bathroom, so my living room has like highest humidity level and temperature due to being in a loft). Hope the rest of shroomies will like my bedroom better.
And one more question: spreading contaminated kit with all the ingredients to my garden, can it have any positive outcome, lets say good mushrooms growing there in the future?

Attempting to cut out mold that is already sporelating will just spread the spores everywhere. You should pick the mushrooms off the one with mold and get it outside immediately. You can bury contaminated substrate in the ground in hopes of producing a few more mushrooms.
It's not worth potentially screwing yourself from growing in the future for a couple extra grams now. Keep an eye on the tray showing no contamination, as its very possible it will end like the other if it was in close proximity.

I'd salt the green patch down heavily, then let the flush finish before sending it outside... just me though.

Now I was under the impression that doesn't help after it already had sporlated, although if it was still white before it released spores, it would prevent it.

It just stops the spores flying around, doesn't kill the mold or anything magic like that. Gives you a window to finish the flush, that's all.
