I think having a tape recorder would be pretty sweet that way you could just talk it out. I have such messy writing to begin with so when I'm like 30 seconds out of just waking up it makes it that much worse.

Yeah man, nothing WORTH stressing about. But I tend to make things more difficult than they have to be, when it comes to completing projects or my forever growing "to-do" list. My head races 100 mph 24/7.
Trekking the path to stillness and love, is my main challenge if I was to put it all in a nutshell. It's a tough transition when I've been the polar opposite of that my entire life.
But like I said, nothing worth stressing over...just my crazy brain that tries to go too fast and do too many things at once.
That's why people start smoking in the first place
Good luck with your path, definitely a life long journey.

Thanks man. Life long indeed, and never ending.
I love smoking (and wish I had a doober about now). Don't ever plan on quitting for good.
But I need to be able to know I can go without it, and not rely on it to make my day "better". I usually feel like i've gotta be high before I do ANYTHING.
Ha, i'm sure i'm not the only one.

You are not alone, my friend. one step at a time, though. Cannabinoid high is so enticing. I love that tolerance takes a long time to begin affecting you...which is why it's so fun to bake some herb all the time. It's not like you have to take a tolerance break after inhaling 100mg marijuanas to get the same effects next day

Right on, one hit is usually all it takes! But I rarely stop there.
Started the smoking at 16, on and off whenever we could get it. I'm 28 now, been smoking consistently for the last 8 years. Needless to say, despite what others may or may not believe...i'm addicted and attached.
This led me to the realization that I needed to let "her" go for a bit. Thanks for the kind words.

Best of luck friend.
I can definitely relate to the whole 'needing to be stoned to do anything'. I'll go to the grocery store and think to myself, damn I wanna blaze and go/drive stoned.
Stoned driving is my favorite thing to do, so naturally, I salivate for herb anytime I go ANYWHERE

I don't think my dreams get prevented, but as an earlier poster stated: I recall my dreams a lot less.
I haven't a clue what I dreamt about last night for example.
I'm curious about keeping a journal for my dreams. I've always been intrigued by lucid dreaming, the idea of control in such a place is awesome; though I've never been able to achieve control in that state.

I've had 3 lucid dreams
NEVER give up, it is worth it 100%
I am going to try again in the fall. for me at least it seems to take some mental preparation
my first one was triggered by watching the movie "waking life"
I literally had it on my very first try.
and you'll know a truly lucid dream when you have it. not only is everything vivid and real, but you are in complete control and aware you are dreaming.

Lol sometimes when I lucid dream, I forget that it's a dream in between and things get organized again like a storyboard with no climax. Hard to explain, but it was awesome. I haven't remembered a dream for a while though

I also had my very first lucid dream the very first night after watching waking life, so if you want to learn start by renting and watching that movie.
Then keep your dream journal.
Than practice in the interupted sleep technique and focus on your intention to have a lucid dream as you fall asleep.
Finally ask your self multiple times a day if you are dreaming and do a test to check (reality check).

Was a tough one today. Still trucking but I really wanted to get hiiiigh.
Its sick...My mind starts reasoning with the same old, yet sound argument that goes something like "What's the big deal? Its just one day, its not gonna kill you..You will be productive on it! You have no tolerance."
This thread is keeping me afloat for the time being.

Right on man, you could get you some other herbal smoke from a vendor to fill the "void" of not smoking weed. If that helps, ...it's helped me some.
Mullein is a very nice smoke in my opinion.

just hit 32 days... quitting has never been hard for me.
I usually quit before college starts, it helps me get my summer habits behind me. I mostly do it so my memory is fully on point. Ill slowly pick it back up after Christmas. i kinda forgot what it feels like to be high

Sign me up! There's a fair chance that everyone at my work could be getting a random drug test carried out on them. I mean, shit.. that's all I need. So with my sensible hat on for the night, I've decided the best thing to do is leave the weed for the time being. For anyone that might be asking why the weed? Well simply because it''s one drug that takes forever to leave your system!
