Advice on what to do with 10 agar jars and two syringes?

new to agar. Just took 10 no pour agar mason jars out of PC. I was planing on making an isolate from 2 different strains, both of which will be from MS syringes. Should I just nocc up 1 jar for each, and from there isolate with the remaining jars? How many transfers generally before one should get a good clean isolate? Just wondering on anyone's advice on my best route to take here.

Oh, and for the jars I've yet to use, should I keep them in fridge or is that only necessary post inoculation?

Also forgot to mention, is there such a thing as too deep as far as how much poured? Most of my jars were half inch deep or so but a few I poured maybe an inch. Does this matter or as long as I cut or scrape a lil off the top it shouldn't? Or would I want to wait for the ycelium to colonize the whole of the agar, down to the bottom? I know you usually don't let the myc grow all the way out as, that's how you differentiate between good sectors and such, but how would one cut off a piece to isolate if its too thick? Just like get it from underneath or cut a square the depth of the piece even if its not colonized underneath a certain amount?

You really need to spend some time with the search function and some videos for this one deadphan as it seems you really didn't do any research before starting...
Anyway to answer a couple of your questions...
If it were me, I'd use those syringes to nock up grain jars with and then clone a fruit that has desirable traits (big, small, cluster, etc...)
As far as how deep to pour, I'd keep tit between 1/8" to 1/4" TOPS...
Your mycelium isn't going to colonizers the entire slab of agar that you poured, but will instead run on the top of the agar surface (think 2d) The only reason we don't pour the most miniscule layers is so that the agar will have moisture retention and be able to support the growth of the mycelium. (Pour too thin and your wedge will get all dried up and not be any good for storage)
Now go do some research... agar is easy if you take the time to read up a bit.

if you pour too thick and want to transfer to another plate, the lid will squish against the transferred slice.

I read about wanting to be a lil on thicker side for water retention but couldn't find actual numbers for no pour jars. thanks for the info
On that note, wouldn't it be just as productive to maybe nocc up some agar to transfer a wedge to grain even if not isolating, as it takes forever for ms to germinate on grain? Then from there make a tub and clone a good fruite from there? Just a thought. I'm gonna innoc some agar anyway as I'm worried I have a problem with my flowhood and I want to find some clean mycelium to start working wi, however choice it is, just so I can start doing transfers and hopefully ruling out my flowhood as the source of my contamination. However at these point if its not the flowhood I gather its the syringes themselves which might not help much by putting on agar, unless I isolate away from contamination. I gather ill just nocc up 2 plates so I have enough to isolate away from if need be.
