Fruiting Schedule Question
    #18742370 - 08/22/13 01:13 PM (10 years, 5 months ago)

Hey guys, couldn't find the search terms I needed to find a post about this.

My 12 cakes were noc'ed at the same time, different colonization speeds have resulted in this:

Jar Consolidation Chart:

(Jar #)_(strain)_(Date jar reached 100% outward colonization)_(Date consolidation will be finished and fruiting will begin)

1_Am_8/19_8/26
2_Am_8/14_8/21
3_PESA_8/16_8/23
4_Am_8/18_8/25
5_PESA_8/18_8/25
6_Am_8/19_8/26
7_PESA_8/20_8/27
8_Am_8/22_8/29
9_PESA_8/20_8/27
10_PESA_8/20_8/27
11_Am_8/20_8/27
12_PESA_8/18_8/25

I'm trying to avoid Dunking and Rolling 1 cake at a time so I was going to just fruit jars #1-6 on the 26th which would result in a few of the jars sitting fully colonized (consolidating) for more than a week.

Will this be okay? Or should I just go ahead and DnR one at a time as they become fully consolidated?

Any feedback helps,

Thanks guys.

Or maybe I should just fruit them all on the 27th?

I'm confused  anyone have advice on what I should do?

That's a wall of text there bud.

You are thinking too much about this.

Let them sit in jars consolidating until they are all ready

All I was looking for was your last sentence. You ended up advising me of what you think is the correct way to do it.

See, this helps me.

Thank you.

And I was merely suggesting that you avoid the wall-of-text in the future, it will ensure you get more responses than just one

Maybe I'm not looking for more responses, but good ones. Someone that is too lazy to read that small amount of content shouldn't be posting on this forum anyway. You(FrankHorrigan) and PsillyShroomer are obviously intelligent and I have respected both of your opinions on every post of yours I have read. I'm not trying to start a fight, and your right I am over-thinking the topic.

Thanks guys!

I am new to this forum but not new to cultivation. In my experiences, I had rather fruit them as they became ready. You get delicious shrooms sooner and can stagger them for a more constant supply. It also keeps me busy and entertained on each new cake. If you wait, you can get the flushes all at once (theoretically) and they won't have to be cleaned and dunked separately, ect. Allowing there to be slightly less work involved.
