LC Cloudy after PC

SO I decided to make up a new batch of LC from my new spores that came in yesterday, which by the way thank you sporeworks! super fast shipping and its almost black water it's so full of spores.
Anyway I only PC the new jar and let it sit overnight and it looked like this
I did NOT shoot it up yet with the new spores. Is it supposed to look like that? I don't remember any of my other ones coming out that cloudy without spores in it.

Distilled water and 1 Tablespoon of organic honey. Water is about 3/4 full in a pint jar.

I've had some residue from using organic honey. Not that much though, I've only seen this much with malt. But I have heard that it's nothing to worry about and that the mycelium loves to cling on to it.

Ok cool. I actually just read a tek that said to only PC the honey LC's for 15 min. because anymore and the honey crystallizes and that's where the sedimentation I'm seeing is coming from.
I PC'd the jar for an hour last night thinking I was being extra clean and careful.
So you think the jar is just fine? I kinda do, it was PC'd for an hour. I don't see why the caramellized honey would negatively affect the LC.

Naah, that honey is probably toast by now. 20 minutes, 30 tops.
I think that the nutrients the mycelium was supposed to live off has been crystallized into something it can't break down as food? Maybe, dunno why honestly. Just a thought.

Some LC recipes are very cloudy.
I have one that uses light malt extract, soy peptone and yeast. It is very cloudy and works very well.
If you want a nice clear LC, you should try out 1g of extra light malt extract to 600mL of water.

is malt extract something I can find at a grocery store or something I can only get online?

Try a brewery
You could just use your left over water from soaking grain in.
