No sleep causing euphoria

So I did not plan this, but I could not sleep tonight no matter how hard I tried. It has been 30 hours of being with no sleep. At this point I feel a extreme euphoria. It is strange. Since I have a full day of activities coming up I will be up for another at lease 16 hours. I will post my feelings again later. For now 7:00AM I am feeling oddly great and a extreme amount of euphoria, like I just smoked a fatty..Except the actually being high part. I am posting this curious if anyone else has felt this way. Will update you later, most likely will go away soon and start to get cranky ! :P

I get the exact opposite from staying up for 30+ hours.. I feel like total shit.
--------------------
With my face against the floor I can’t see who knocked me out of the way. I don’t want to get back up but I have to so it might as well be today. Nothing appeals to me no one feels like me, I’m too busy being calm to disappear. I’m in no shape to be alone contrary to the shit that you might hear. You can't wake up, this is not a dream. You're part of a machine, you are not a human being With your face all made up, living on a screen. Low on self esteem, so you run on gasoline

I feel like crap when I'm sleep deprived...like right now. I can't sleep though get mini headaches and everything.

Euphoria is an overused word. Well I assume this as people always mention euphoria from weed. I hav never felt euphoric from cannabis. The have laughed and felt good and ate lot's. But never felt extreme excitement, happiness and complete contentment

By 40+ hrs your body will just shut down... If you get woken up it will shut down again... Everything will feel like a daze/dream...

Johnny that is silly, I have been up 50-60+hours before. The body does not always shut down after 40+.. Your body can do insane things. ALTHOUGH I do agree, everything does feel like a haze and a dream, perhaps that is what I am feeling.

Yeah I've been up for more than 2 days before (without the use of drugs/stimulants) I've had insomnia for as long as I can remember. I was medicated as young as 5 for it.

Yup, insufficient sleep makes me feel speedy and even quite productive - up to a certain point. Beyond that lies disorientation, erratic behavior and nothing worthwhile pursuing.

I get that way too, but I literally need to not sleep. If I only sleep a few hours in a night get the sweet flying fuck out of my way.

alright so it has been 45 hours and 30 min with no sleep.. Finally time for bed, I actually never got really tired or sick feeling during the day: most likely because I was active all day. euphoric feelings faded away shortly after my last post, and yeah..now I just feel tired like every other night.

The conglomerate attacked me so much and for so long, using its own interpretations of everything that I said or did to make accusations about me, that I finally felt that I wouldn’t be able to publish so much as a sentence without writing some policies describing my thoughts and plans about code. For a long time, I republished my code policies at the beginning of each day of writing. Then, I stopped doing that because I figured that people understood the policies. It's been a while since I have republished them; there are many reprints of them on one of my previous WordPress blogs, "whilehomeless." I'll try to provide a synopsis of some of their essentials here: --If I use code, I'll say that's what I'm doing. I'll indicate its presence by saying "code" or in some other way that states in so many words that the code is there. --There are some words that were already prevalent in written or spoken language before the conglomerate happened. The conglomerate should not be allowed to mangle language and cause people who don't support the conglomerate to go into agonized contortions trying to avoid the natural word for a sentence. If something is "new," you can't say that it's "not old" all the time; you have to say that it's new. A lot of words are that way. --Then there's the fact that language is meant to be varied, interesting and expressive rather than monotonous and threatening or monotonous and fearful. There are a lot of words that might not get used all the time but that are good words that the conglomerate should be prevented from stealing and distorting for nefarious purposes. People who use a lot of conglomerate-supportive code words at once, or who use a conglomerate-supportive code word in a prominent and gratuitous way, are probably and unfortunately supporting the conglomerate. That's not the same thing as people who are trying to write and speak normally and who don't want the conglomerate to control them.

A couple years back when I used to be really paranoid and depressed all the time sleep deprivation would be euphoric, because the less I had to think about life the more euphoric I was. Or something.
I think I prefer to be like functioning at my full capabilities these days though generally speaking

Well speaking from experience I've had times when I feel my mood is boostedfrom staying up late at night. I can be the most sour & grumpiest person all day but suddenly its 5 & I will be in the highest spirits possible. Normally when I begin my day I already know how it will begin & end. I have found a preformed established routine that rarely fluctuates. They always follow the same exact pattern of the everyone that has pastbefore that one.
Almost as if all the days are simply passing by without any actual changes happening. There are subtle variations between the days, but for the most part they appear almost stamped with the same unity of the ones before. Due to this I already know the results before they actually happen. In a way I am just replaying the same day over & over without much actual change. Despite this I still feel quite elated. Sometime when a day starts I cross my fingers hoping I can fast forward to the very end so I don't have to experience the day.
If there was a way I could skip to a period in my life where everyday wasn't a complete drag it would be nice. I have this intuitive feeling that things are really looking up though. I think when things are at there very worst its likely they will end up making a change for the better. I don't know I have a hunch that everything is going to be fine & I've been worrying & procrastinating over the worst possible outcomes when I should be thinking "Well if I think it will go well it prob will"
I've always been rather bitter cold & austere in most of my outward conduct but I'm having sudden doubts about my cynicism. I may have hit rock bottom but tomorrow is another day. I have a newfound optimism that seems like its going to bring me great fortunes material items & other goodies that automatically make human beings happy & content. Once I obtain a few of these modern luxuries I shall finally discover what real happiness consists of.

I've had this a few times and noticed I concentrated very fucking well in math class and physics that day. It like put me in this trippy, very calm, generally content with life mindstate that helped my minor ADHD. Interesting for sure

after staying up for quite some time I reach a point of delirium (as in wild excitement or ecstasy).
I get very chatty and oddly creative LOL
but after this phase passes I get fucking TIIIIRREDDDDD
I don't know the science behind it all, but there's definitely something that gives us a little jolt.
