I went back out I just couldnt help myself and Im glad I did. Found some new stuff for you guys to ID They were found in NE Ohio under pine trees. 1. amanita muscaria var guesowii? thats what I been finding and its said to be.


 2. white amanita of some kind? I think its Amanita cokeri





 3. unknown

not sure on the other, it looks like death to me.

No, i dont believe that is A. muscaria.

TY and yes I just saw your reply chimp and was posting this lol. Im getting better! I agree the white amanitas look like death caps from what I had read before. Not trying to doubt but I read they may be Amanita muscaria var. alba. the death caps are displayed on this site here http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/10415753/fpart/all/filter/i/vc/1 I am beginning to wonder if the lighter amanitas Ive found with the guesowii variation are just aged or like in this article are deficient upon conditioning of the climate or mutations held within generations?
