Re: Why do some people feel the need to be high all the time? [Re: imachavel]

My buddy used to be high all the time in till this year. He would say that he liked the high version of himself more than the sober version.

Actually the survey is also invalid because the second answer follows from the first but its not clear what a user answered to the first meaning the meaning of the second is totally unclear.

For example if I said "no I am not high more often than sober"

and then "it effects my life positively"

than you would have no way of differentiating my answer to the second question from that of someone who answered "yes I am high more often than sober" and then "it effects my life positively" even though the meaning is totally different.

In other words on the results of the first question have any meaning, the second and third results are totally invalid and meaningless.

Also custom demands you include a STAL option.

The key is to use the right drugs, in the right doses, with the right frequency, the right ROA, etc, in order to ensure that they relieve more pain than they cause, and bring more pleasure than they deny.

Drug use is neither good nor bad, it all depends on execution.

It takes a certain amount of research, self-control, knowledge etc, but if you find a good system you can get huge benefits from drugs and avoid all the downsides.

Some drugs need to be avoided altogether, however, while others are fantastic if used in moderation. For the most part you should never use any one drug on a daily basis, you should cycle drugs to prevent addiction.

People do what they are gonna do.  No need to hammer them for it.

Not hammering anyone in the slightest, just asking for opinions on the matter

I think sometimes it helps people find the best in a mediocre situation.
I used to work at a theater and seriously, watching movies and free popcorn all day is so much better while baked.

I am very sorry for your loss. What kind of drug was he using? I am assuming it was either MDMA or heroin (that he thought he was getting).

With MDMA in particular there is a very high risk of getting a drug other than MDMA when you buy a tablet or pill.

However with marijuana, kratom, brand name etizolam, kava, mushrooms or salvia (among other drugs) there is a very low risk of getting anything other than what you thought it was.

LSD is another one where the risk of being sold fake or bad drugs is very high.
