Bacterial blotch caps dried safe to eat?

So most of my pf grow has been okay with some caps getting the blotch on the rim to different degrees.
When the caps are dried out , they all look the same. You could never tell if it had blotch.
My first flush, I ate about 9-10 grams because the potency was lower and I have a large body mass. My friend told me I had yellow in my eyes and he wasn't tripping either. About 20-30 mins of yellowing (reported). I went home and they were white. Didn't get sick at all. I had a nice trip btw.
It might just be because I ate a large quantity and it was a little hard to digest?
What is yalls experience with eating dried bacterial blotch caps?
- No issues? - Safe?

Your friend was fucking with you.
Dry bacteria is dead bacteria. It won't hurt you 99.99% of the time.

Bacteria doesn't make you sick. The toxins it produces do. And the toxins are not destroyed by drying. Additionally, even tough the substrate is dry, and the bacteria don't reproduce, that doesn't make them dead.

Find me a bacteria laden fruit that you dry 100% and it makes you sick.
I bet you can't.
But I did include .01% of instances in there where it could be a compromised immune system, a particular sensitivity, etc.
But in practice and on the forums, I've never seen a single issue that ended up being related to the bacterial problem.

Most bacteria will not make you sick. Including the 'splotch'. Even if you ate it fresh. Just saying, bacteria are a bit more resilient than to be killed by drying, and it's not the organism itself that is dangerous.

Fair enough.
I was thinking just about the bacteria that typically grows on indoor cubies.
I'm certainly not saying it is good practice to eat contam'd fruits, regardless
