You may be overthinking this.
-------------------- "Shrub, 30-90 cm. Leaves 2.5-) 4-9 cm, sessile or amplexicaul, broadly ovate to ovate-oblong, obtuse or rounded to subapiculate or subacute, when crushed not smelling of goats." "The initial quake was a 6.6 but fairly shallow. I felt it as a prolonged up and down vibration followed by a jolt forward and then to the left, like square dancing."

Quoting doomsquirrel, dunno how to actually use the quote button but , " I think if you try too hard to be discreet then it's fastest way to be called on the police." thats true, i just walk onto a packed field full of people and pick them and get a few people thinking im a bit weird but they dont mind, ive had old aged people coming up to me and chatting and stuff

Oh yeah and no one really cares whether you wonder about fields. They'll get pissed for wanderers trespassing, but they don't care what you wonder about. Wonder bread.

There were tons of libs in there; the urge of getting them overrode common sense. I am not picking shrooms from gardens anymore.

That urge can be so unavoidable... I've reached through fences to get a few weilii caps, there was a dog that got pissed and came rushing towards me. Luckily I got the caps before he got to the fence

Keep these ideas coming. I have been finding it difficult to venture into possibly good hunting spots. For some odd reason people want to be outside and active while I'm hunting

It's really not that hard your just worrying too much just be sly always keep lookout everytime or have people spotting for you much better, if someone goes by, pretend your looking for your soccer ball or something, i manage to go picking acacias in bicycle/jogging tracks(i'm from aus) and if i get caught picking native plants that's a fine for me but i've never encountered having porks show up, and this is all by myself. And if doesn't help look for spots where people don't show up there are plenty. My 2cents

By picking plants do you mean uprooting them?

So essentially the same as picking fruit? What a stupid law lol. Almost impossible to enforce as well.
