Pinning inside jars during consolidation = time to DnR?

You can see all of what's going on in my grow log: here
I have a couple jars that have a few pins and knots coming up everywhere.

This jar still has only been 100% outwardly colonized for 3 days. Do you think that this is a sign that it is time to DnR? Or should I let it sit for another 4 days?

Could end up looking like mine if you wanted. Just take off the cap and spray 5 times twice a day! Allow to reach full maturity. Watch for water build up in the jar when doing in vitro. Just go by eye on how much to water. Check out my thread on invitro and mini mono.

Thank you for the info, I'm going to check out your in vitro and mini mono threads. However, I'm not sure if I want to do in vitro. Does anyone know if it's okay to go ahead and fruit the jars right now? I believe they started pinning because I was using my 6500k bulb to examine them and this probably triggered the pins a little early

pining in vitro could also mean a bacteria contam. Just keep an eye on them.
But even if there are pins in vitro, wait until its 100% colonized if it isnt already

I should have stated that fact. However if the outside of the cake is 100% and for how long will determine if it is in fact bacterial. Mine i let go for a week after 100% and then i spray them as i stated and boom goes the mushies! Also if you read my threads you will read that i have a very aggressive Z+ strain. Will actually be posting my first wbs attempt today!

1 week is usually the minimum time you should wait but if its already pinning then its ready.
ive had this happen to a few cakes and just birthed them, and a few that really took off had pins that were 3-4 inches long as i left them a little longer.#

The pictured jar has been 100% colonized for 2 days now. It is in the 1 week consolidation period.

The week is just a grace period as well. There is always a chance that your cake is a full !00% iside and out when you start the consolidation week. I did a few BRF jars back in the day that i inoculated from the middle only and they were 100% fully colonized inside and out in 10 days.
