I went back today and picked some more. They did not get watered all weekend and changed from the dark brown color on the caps to the light brown off white color. I picked about 30 of them and left 20. Some of the caps broke when I picked them so I planted them in neighboring yards that get watered frequently. Kinkos is open today so I tried to scann them. I never used a scanner before they so they came out enlarged. I dont know if I can get the pic off the disk onto the website But I will try.

It is too big I have only 400k to get it in here and the picture is 600k something so I will send it mj as an attachment maybe he will know what to do with it.

i can see definate bluing in the rings, but i can also see blue auras in the shadows of the mushroos, so the blue level may be exagerated or inacurate.

they appear to fit with P. stuntzii but i can't recomend eating them at this point.
