nobody can give you a definitive answer because so many things play a role.
All you can do is make sure your FAE and RH are good and then wait. I've had stuff not fruit at all. Sometimes it's just genetics.
Just keep an eye and nostril on it.
I see some rhyzomorphic growth. But, the cottony appearance with metabolites along with slow pin time may indicate a contamination. The key word there is "may".
Do you have FAE holes near the top of the bin?
What was you pasteurization method?
Are you sure your spawn was 100% colonized?
How did you mix the spawn and sub?
Were your monotub holes taped over during sub colonization?
I know it's a lot of questions, just trying to get some possibilities together.

For fucks sake learn some patience... bumping your posts after 2 hours is frowned upon and against the rules.
Besides that fact you already have a couple answers above...
1 your sub is not fully colonized. You should not have put it into fruiting when you did. (Patience is the key)
2. It's only been 7 days. The earliest you will see pins is likely 7 days after fruiting if you put it in right when it hits 100% colonization... (once again patience.)
So it seems to me the only problem you have for your tub issues and your posting issues is that your too impatient. Have a drink, smoke a bowl, or just plain relax.

For fucks sake, learn how to read. It's been 10 days now. Most people are harvesting their first flush right now and I don't even have hyphal knots. And you think I'm being impatient? WTF?

You are correct.
I'm not sure why people miss these common indicators but let me spell it out...
OP you have a rampant bacterial contamination.
The uncolonized bits after 10 days, the thick, fluffy myc...might be the start of wet bubble in there as well. Those "secretions" are going to get worse.
That thing is contam'd
Start new jars, check sterile procedures, cultures, etc. Pasteurize properly.
Bacteria of this scale usually comes from either grain spawn or something like coffee grounds in the sub...since you used just coir and verm, I imagine you had a bad jar or three.

Found some of my old pics. These are contam'd with what appears to be the same issue you are having:

The pooling water, the wet bubble-esque thick growth and elevated metabolite production...all of these are indicators of bacteria and a hot substrate.
It is not going to fruit

Ding, ding, ding - WE HAVE A WINNER!
Thank you Frank.
I wasn't being impatient. Something just wasn't right. I'll toss it out.
The jars looked perfect before using them, but I guess I just didn't see it. Too bad.

What tek did you follow for pasteurizing your substrate?

Pinning is triggered by a few things depending on species. Co2 levels, temperature, humidity. Make sure you are at >95% humidity, try loosening your poly.
