I like the guitarist a lot. Adam Jones is hella tight. As prolific as tool is there isn't much footage or interview of him.

IMO him and the drummer ARE tool. I don't like the vocals much. The drummer plays in polyrhythm and it's just tight as hell.

Check out the drummer, Danny Carry to.

He is a WAY good drummer. fuckin stellar.

Tom Morello (Rage Against The Machine) and Adam Jones (Tool) jamming guitar as kids.

they played together in the garage band Electric Sheep, a band that has the distinction of having two members that feature in Rolling Stone’s list of the 100 greatest guitarists of rock history.

haha pretty cool right ? these two guitarists are epic.

i think its already been released.

i remember going to a volto show like 2 years ago, I think danny carrey had like a question/answer session after the gig and he was talking about how his setup was mimicking some pentagram configuration. i couldve been drunk though and made that all up in my head.

Used to listen to them a fair bit back in the day in the 90's. Pretty decent stuff. Saw them a couple times. Once in San Fran and once in Sacramento. There music is a little angry and dark for my preference these days, but I guess I haven't heard much of their new stuff

tool band name originated from
the ideal that their message is to be used as a tool to help others in whatever benefit one may gain from using and listening to tool as a tool for spiritual self improvement through the void.

and in the sequence of tool, the holy gift which is lateralus reconstructed is

Quote:

We barely remember who or what came before this precious moment,
We are choosing to be here right now. Hold on, stay inside
This holy reality, this holy experience.
Choosing to be here in

This body. This body holding me. Be my reminder here that I am not alone in
This body, this body holding me, feeling eternal
All this pain is an illusion.

Alive, I

In this holy reality, in this holy experience. Choosing to be here in

This body. This body holding me. Be my reminder here that I am not alone in
This body, this body holding me, feeling eternal
All this pain is an illusion.

Twirling round with this familiar parable.
Spinning, weaving round each new experience.
Recognize this as a holy gift and celebrate this chance to be alive and breathing.

This body holding me reminds me of my own mortality.
Embrace this moment. Remember. we are eternal.
all this pain is an illusion.

our vessel is mortal but our spirit is eternal. we are a reflection unto others as others are reflections of ourself. In that it shows the world we can create or destroy, as one reflective awareness. As it is we are doing now.

6. Parabol 0:00
7. Parabola 3:04
(13)
5. Schism 9:01
8. Ticks & Leeches 15:44
(13)
4. Mantra* 23:48
9. Lateralus* 23:48
(13)

(13). Faaip de Oiad 33:07

1. The Grudge 35:44
12. Triad 44:15
(13)
2. Eon Blue Apocalypse* 50:56
11. Reflection* 50:46
(13)
3. The Patient 61:02
10. Disposition 67:23
(13)

and we see that each 2 numbers, besides the one in the very middle (faaip de oiad) add up to 13. 13 being used as the main number, times the number of 13s(7) = 91 which could basically mean 9 to 1, or 9+1 to 10 or 1 completing the spiral of karma to understand that you are the will that fractals out into reality. That life is a blessing, regardless that many don't take it for one.

listen and read and read and listen and move forward. embrace your dualistic self which you can see in your mirrored reflection of yourself. Join the two and stop the separation. There is no such thing as ego death, only ego rebirth. Reborn into a new light, a new method of living with unconditional love and not a selfish control of false love.
