Hey one of my Hpoo trays is fruiting nicely heres a pic:
So my question is when and what should i harvest (harvest big + small? or just big)? I ask because im guessing i should dunk it at some point but when i have dunked my previous cakes all pins that were on any cake that i dunked stalled and aborted. Any suggestions?

Pick fruits as the veil tears--that monster there is ready to go, and so is the one to the left of it. Most of the other big guys might be as well, but I can't say for sure because of the angle.
Honestly, that tray looks nice and moist and you didn't have very many fruits, so I wouldn't worry about dunking it just yet. When you do, consider dunking it for a shorter time than you did last time. How long was that?

What method do you guys prefer for dunking a tray?
Like do you just spray a shit ton of water on it? Or dunk in a pool..
And do you need something to hold it down because it floats?
Ill be watching this thread... Thank you people's

There's multiple ways to re-hydrate bulk. I usually just mist heavily but you can also dunk it, or if your tray has a liner you can pull the liner away a bit and pour water in between it and the sub. When dunking yes you will want to weigh the sub down with something so it doesn't float.

Just until there's no excess draining off. Shouldn't take long at all.
