Feeling weak and shaky?

I woke up and went to work this morning felt shaky so I ate some chicken nuggets and had about half a coke. 2 hours later I started to feel really weak and shaky again, so I assumed it was low blood sugar so I finished the coke and ate some sugared almonds. Felt a little better for a bit but started to get shaky again so I went to mcdonalds and got a mcdouble, some fries and a sprite. didnt really help maybe a little bit. Came home ate some dinner which was pork creamed corn and green beens with a small glass of milk. Still feel shaky and weak.
What could be causing this? I figure if it was low blood sugar eating would have fixed it right? Im at a loss and dr is closed till monday. Any one ever experience this before and if so how did you fix it?

Shaky and weak could mean anything really. A minor cold? The Flu?
I am no doctor, but I am a Navy corpsman and I can tell you that without objective data there is hardly anyway to give you even the most minimal advice. Taking your vitals, even your temperature, could tell you a lot. Do you have a thermometer?
See the doctor on Monday.

Thanks XUL will do. I had a hard time breathing lastnight so a cold is a possibility. As far as vitals, temp is normal, pulse is around 68 bpm. Dont feel sick otherwise. breathing issues from last night seem to have subsided. I will be sure to see doctor on monday if symptoms persist.

To be frank it is the crap you are consuming that is causing your bloodsugar levels fixes and then crashes.
Those foods which are saturated in sugar and other addictives are made to shoot up bloodSUGAR levels --like as in a fix. But it is just a false rush cause as you see you come crashing down again and want another fix. That is why they make them like that. To keep you coming back for more like a drug. Give em up! Or at least lessen them and hopefully come off them gradually.
Example oats --foor with oats give you a far more sustained bloodsugar level and ongoing energy. So do a google---eg 'nutrition for good blood sugar levels' and see what is it goo to eat. That stuff you eat is harming you.
