People often mention the body high that marijuana provides. But can anyone elaborate on this phenomenon?

I usually get it when I'm "coming down" even if it's a heavy indica it'll be a cerebral high at first then it fades to the body high
To me it's just a body load. Kinda like taking a low dose of dph but better. Everything is super relaxed, muscle tension disappears...etc

Body high = euphoric buzz that you feel in your body. You know that warm fuzzy feeling? Yep, that's it.

Sometimes it feels like the pH of my body fluid has changed. But what is it? I asked a guy who grew up in the 60s about it and he pointed to his head and said it's a perceptual effect.

Basically it's altered perception caused by fluctuation in your neurotransmitters. maybe someone with a deeper background in biochemistry & neurology can break it down better for ya, cause there's a whole lot going on.

Yup....
Usually indicas, dabs, and edibles will induce more of a "high" in the body for me.
The sensation for me is a warm & fuzzy euphoric blanket across my body, usually starts in my limbs then spreads across my entire body...when enough is smoked/consumed, I find it to be very reminiscent of the physical euphoria that opiates give me.

I get 'em spontaneously, no drugs required, and have for as long as I can remember. This has a tendency to happen when I get a haircut for some reason.

Eating weed will produce a much greater body high than smoking it. Weed tends to "cap off" and go up into your head when smoked, that's where you feel it most.

I have never felt a body high except maybe nice n my legs when I hadn't had a chance to stand up.
But no warm fuzzy feelings, ever. Just really really super stoned head highs from indica and sativa

Body high is when the pineal gland slowly begins to throb due to calcification, causing your body to feel like its on a mild opiate.

Calcification is considered a bad thing in the new age community. You think MJ does that?
It is interesting that about 90 per cent of pineal tumours are found in males under the age of thirty. It would seem that men tend to have greater problems in communication at the imaginative level than women. The pineal gland almost always shows signs of calcification at autopsy and the process would appear to begin soon after puberty. This would suggest that most people limit their imagination, and their creativity is crystallised at an early age.

Uh oh... so smoking weed makes you less creative and imaginative?
