can I get that from doing agar with casing instead of brf tek or does it come with time and eventually I will come across threw genetics?

No, you can do that with spores to grains or cakes and then spawning to a bulk substrate.
No one grows mushrooms on casings, that is an incorrect term unless all you have is a casing layer and no grains/cakes or anything else.
Cubes do not require a casing layer.
PE is a cube.

I agree with that for a couple reasons. First providing your own anything just makes it all the better. Growing your own mushies, brewing your own beer or veggies from your garden! Second for the commercial market around here I can get the supplies to grow except a pressure cooker for less than 3.5 g.
I don't have the slightest idea how we could do it at home but freezing under a vacuum will dry them looking fresh. High enough vacuum and you dont need to freeze. Seen a show this guy had a huge chaber that could lower atmospheric pressure enough the water in things would go straight to steam at like 50f or something. He could basically dry your dead dog in any position you wanted.

ya its penis envy now that I see that im gonna have to give it a try i cant wait to see wat my xapuri and ya im new to this so forgive me for mixing terminology's up but the rye method where u have rye on bottom layer and dirt , grain , etf ive heard accoouple different top layers
