This has been sold to me as a T. Pachanoi in ebay.
Could that be? it is so full of thorns.

I'm not the best with IDs don't think it's a Trichocereus at all. I'm not sure what it is but the conical shaped protrusions that have the areoles on them are called tubercles. Mammillaria is one genus of cactus that typically has those, not sure if it's that or something else.

I don't think it's a Trichocereus either. Reminds me of a juvenile white spined barrel cactus, I doubt it is though. Post some more pictures in another month or so.

It might be distorted, because it is grafted on pereskiopsys

Pereskiopsis can distort growth somewhat but not like that. There should still be distinct vertical ribs.

Yeah it's bullshit that they would send the wrong thing. Looks like a cool ornamental plant in its own right though. If you want to do more seedling grafts, starting from seed is very affordable.

It can be trichocereus camarguensis seedling grafted. I have one t. camarguensis but on it's own roots but it's very spiny and coloration of spines are similar yellowish with red color on top of the growth tip.

Hard to say tho, your plant is grafted on pereskiopsis. I doubt it's not pachanoi you have there as grafted.
