Comparing with this, maybe not B. coprophilus. The only Bolbitius keys I can find don't include most of the described names, I really wish they were easier to identify...

I don't know whether B. coprophilus is a variable species or if it's a cluster of similar species, but most descriptions seem to mention a fleshy pink colour and growth from dung or straw. It's a shame there's not more information out there on the Bolbitaceae.

Here is another pinkish Bolbitius, I'm not sure if we should put much emphasis on the pinkish coloring alone. I think its possible all 3 observations are something different.
