In my bin, the substrate is turning blue on one side, dont really think it's trich because of the deep blue, believe its just some bruising, but why?
Also, the bottom of the stems have browning to them too, whats this about?
 Bruising???
And what is this browning on the stems???

That browning is just the natural color of the stem showing through your fuzzy feet, which are a result of too little FAE...furthermore...that bluing is perfectly normal from misting the mycelium directly....nothing to worry about there.

Cool cool,I appreciate the quick feed back broseph. I didn't put the holes in the right areas so the FAE's are not as great as they should be. I got a fan running away from the bins, it's on 24/7. The strain is B+ but they're not as big as most B+, why could that be?

These mushrooms are infected with the Verticillium bacteria. The brown lesions and discolored cap on that pin are clear indicators. You can use the guide in my sig to see other pics of Vert.
When time comes to harvest, simply cut away any brown or discolored areas and they are still safe to consume. I've personally done this with no ill effects.
Increase FAE.

Timethyl, How bad is this? After i harvest the first flush, do i need to toss the bin? Also, are the caps that are grey bad to eat too? I thought they were aborting to be honest, thanks for the new knowledge dude! This is a first for me, and Ive grown about 8 times now successfully, and only one other contam previously. I saw the pics on your guide and it's exactly on point with my bin! What can i do to avoid this next time???
Thanks Again ShamanShroomer

Not much you can do to avoid Vert, it could've been in your spores. It's not as serious as it sounds and as far as I know it's not harmful to humans. Either way I would remove discolored sections, or entire fruits to be safe.
There is no treatment, and Vert is not an airborne contam, so just wash your hands and use sanitizer after handling fruits, as not to spread to other cultures.
Your tub will continue to flush, but if the fruits start getting really bad you may need to discard that tub. As for right now, I'd just continue as normal.

Timethyl, Hey thanks a ton bro!
I appreciate your help too Nakor420, it's fun for us guys/girls with a little experience to try and lend a helping hand too!
Timethyl, I hope it wasn't in the spores because i made LC's with them, i guess I'll run another set of jars with the same culture to find out, will that give me an answer to if they were in my spores?
And on a better note, at least my Treasure Coast bins dont have this happening. Why do TC's take so long from pin to finish by the way. My B+ pinned before they did by almost a week, and they're growing exponentially slower than the B+??? I figured i ask you while i have an experienced persons attention, not trying to bother too much man...

It's very likely that it came from spores, and very likely that your LC is contaminated. I would do another small grow with that LC to test it out, but do not do anything large scale.
The growth parameters for both 'strains' you've mentioned are the same, but any grow coming from spores has very diverse genetics, just as diverse as you and me. If you did many grows with each, the TC would be faster than the B+ sometimes. This is to be expected with any P.cubensis spores, no matter the strain.
