Pin Problem?

So I am on my first grow w/ brf cakes. Pinning initiated after 7 days of being put into a standard SGFC. Humidity has been between 93% and 97%, I have been fanning 6 times a days and misting 2-3. Day 3 of pinning and one fat little pin that looked normal last night now looks like this....

Also, one nice cluster of pins on a totally different cake have been growing for 3 days and don't seem to be growing at the fast rate that I have read about. They also seem to look 'dry' and have a little dark coloration/striping on the 'stem'. Am I paranoid to be worried about mummy disease or is this possibly the real deal. Pins are on different cakes, and no obvious signs of contams. Just some bruising from the misting is all. Here are the pins after 3 days growth (with the 'infected' pin on the other cake also in the pic)....

EDIT: BTW- these are cubes of the type Burma. I read on here they may grow slow in relation to other types of cubes on some old threads. Didn't know if this was good info or not?

They look fine to me - can't see anything to raise concern. Just be patient and they will grow. I wouldn't worry too much about what "strain" of cube they are
Edit: saying that there is a fair bit of aerial myc already so maybe there is not enough FAE although that's not indicative there is anything wrong with the actual pins

Do you see the deformation on the fat pin in the fist pic? That is what raised my concern initially.

I'm in no way an experienced cultivator but I can't see any reason to be worried - does not look like any kind of contam right?! Maybe a bit dry and lack of FAE but no significant probs...

They look dry to me as well but I don't know why. I misted to the point that a couple cakes are bruised (you can see in top of picture) and fanned like crazy. Hygrometer is constantly 94%-97%. I constructed SGFC to a T. 3.5-4" of wet perlite in bottom. The room it is in is only a small storage room about 2 meters x 3.5 meters. Is that possibly an issue, the room is too small? I had a small fan running (not pointed at fruiting chamber) in there at one point, but it still was getting aerial myc and was told on here to ditch the fan.
EDIT: And no, there is no contam signs. They all smelled mushroomy out of jars and were 100% colonized + 7-9 days consolidation time. Dunked half of them in fridge water for 14 hours and half in room temp for 14 hours (to compare difference in pin set out of curiosity)
