Don't do it.
Transfer that too a new plate ASAP and take the sectors.
That's a great fruiter. Use that to knock up an LC and make a couple hundred pounds of colonized rye

Frank... I know man, but I have to remain small scale at my own peril. I only have a tiny room, plus all of my petris are in use.

Oh don't worry man, I was not seriously suggesting you get on that shit immediately
But you should move that truffle to a new plate and do isolations. Then use those to knock up a few jars.
I bet they will perform great.

Just my 4 MS jars are RAGING right now,lol...I stuck them in the attic so I would forget about them...it's not working, lol. But yeah, all my glass is being used by other MS's and iso's and I only have used plastic petris right now, and I hate sterilizing them and I can't order any cause I'm broke....soo..yeah it sucks, I should just drop the sectors in a bunch of grain jars....

I have small regular mouth jars that I hate so I should make a few smaller grain jars and use them for isolates perhaps?
