Nope looks like good healthy myceluim and for the yellow spots its myceluim metabolism or just standing water due to condensation from covering your trays

My opinion is that a lot of that looks like cobweb and you should keep an eye on things for trich... keep posting updated photos daily

You can, but if that's cobweb.....it's a LOT. and if you have Trichoderma...it will turn green...and then you will be all done. At that point you should just bury it in the back yard. But don't fret, I could be wrong...just fruit that thing and see what happens.

Hope it works out too. I just finished a successful cambo grow and our trays look completely different. I would suggest a different technique for this species. Looks like your casing layer is way too colonized to begin with. After I made my trays I let the substrate colonize five or six days til I saw a hint of pinning than applied my properly pasteurized casing and put directly into fruiting. Four days later I had 40 dry grams...
But I'm sure there's other ways to fruit...just throwing my 2 grams in for what it's worth

Not with pb...I'm still curious as to how you're doing your pan cambos. You're not fruiting them like a cubensis mushroom are you? You did use manure for a substrate correct? Keeping the RH around 85%...for best results

Psilocybe cubensis (cambodian variety) is not the same as Paneolis Cambodginiensis

Cubes and pans grow differently and need different things.
The more you know the better.
