Is this a real thing? I know this dude I went to elementary school with, always seemed like he was more mature than his age.
I have often felt like a new soul - its taken me a long time to get to the point of where most people are at at like 8 years of age.

By expanding our minds through the age-old tool of knowledge and understanding called science, and not through some bullshit mysticism.

Haha. Dude I agree. The world used to think that we were the center of the universe. Now we know we're just a part of some crazy fractal possibility thing.

I dont know whether its real or not, I have wondered about this. I believe in reincarnation, but I have no idea about the ages of souls, whether some souls on earth have had many more incarnations than others. Its certainly possible.

I just met with someone who claimed that in a past life I was a healer who opened himself up as a doorway to 'spirits.'
She said I have to pay some Karmic debt.
I dunno. All the sudden everybody is a shaman.

Subscribe to reincarnation :-)
Look back, see who you are inside never changed, only outside does
That is your eternal self, it transcends words
Each person can only see for themselves
I haven't changed during the 23 years I can remember from my life (only my virtual appearance had, but after shredding it, it became clear)
and the people I know haven't changed either in that time, only the outside has

I agree with Icelander. TBH religion all tht shit is for control and manipulation. But its so effective through the psy cological needs to be accepted. And it serves building a stability economy and society.

I kind of believe that there are old and young souls since people act so differently. One thing that comes to mind is that people who listen to the same kind of music often behave similarly and are often similarly intelligent and mature. I'm not a very spiritual person though, so idunno.

How can a soul be independent in a world that is composed of stuff that depends on one another?
It doesn't make sense to me.

I feel like if I look at myself honestly I have changed and continue to change always. I don't feel I am the same person I was 20 years ago, I don't feel I am exactly the same person as I was yesterday.
Unless I was born an enlightened being and was never clouded by samsara then that's the only way I would be able to say that I never change except in appearance/age.
