I would like to try to make a changa blend and I've been reading posts on the nexus for over an hour now and I just want to clarify that I have the steps down correctly? I would post there but I dont want to write an intro essay and wait to get access to making posts...
I want to use b caapi and chaliponga
1. Add 140mg caapi and 60mg chaliponga to a jar and add everclear or iso alcohol
2. Let sit for 30 days
3. Take out the leaves and let them fully dry
4. Add more everclear to shot glass and dissolve 200mg of dmt freebase into it.
5. Add the dried leaves to the shot glass
6. Let the alcohol fully evaporate
7. Changa should be ready?

No offense but I can already tell you know less about this than I do. I appreciate your input though.
Anyone else?

Yeah there are some major problems with this tek. First off there's no need for the chaliponga, it will have no effect whatsoever smoked because the active alkaloids are in their salt form. It would only be viable when brewed in a tea for oral use along with ayahuasca or another maoi containing plant.
30 days is also overkill. You only need to let the caapi leaves sit in the jar for a day, shaking regularly.
The main problem with this tek is in step #3. That is a fatal error. The leaves need to be strained out then disregarded completely because all the alkaloids have now been extracted into the solvent. At this point add more fresh caapi leaf to the strained alkaloid rich solvent, generally a tenth of amount that you started with. For example in your case you're using 200mg of DMT so start with 2 grams of leaf in the jar then add 200mg of new leaf to the alkaloid rich solvent then allow the solvent to evaporate completely. This will leave you with 200mg of dry 10x caapi leaf. Now proceed with steps 4, 5 and 6.
