Well, I also deposited specimens of my new species to Dr. Richard T. Hanlin at the university of Georgia, and have not heard back since I did so last fall. I guess I need to contact him tuesday and see what kind of progress has been made. I have a very strong feeling my speimens are an entirely new species and not at all related to Ps. atlantis. With my new species I have not been able to fruit and it has never formed sclerotia invitro like Ps. atlantis does.
I am also going to write guzman since he doesn't accept email, and see about co-publishing this species if it indeed turns out to be yet another new Psilocybe as I expect. I see my friend who discovered atlantis was able to do this.
Man, I need to get on the ball....
